Advanced Care's Sports Training Program consists of a dynamic warm-up and a total body workout, combined with stations to improve speed and agility. Our goal is to provide you with a challenging hour-long workout emphasizing sport specific movements on our kinesis wall and into the circuit training program developed for each individual sport. For soccer the kinesis wall can apply resistance to your legs through all stages of your kick. For baseball we use the kinesis wall to improve your trunk and hip rotation as well as power during your swing. The basketball program targets vertical movements and explosive power. Lastly, the Lacrosse program focuses on speed, direction change, and the arm strength required for shooting. 


Sports training can help you improve your game by improving your skating speed, function and efficiency. Next we will improve your power and accuracy in your stick handling skill set by working on core movements. Our unique and multi plane workout will keep you and your team off the injury list and back in the game each week.
